Ministry of Dice Podcast Episode 4 “HXG’s a Thing”

Welcome to the fourth episode of the ‘Ministry of Dice’ – our UK based Dice Masters podcast hosted by the BritRollerSix blog.

Lot’s of exciting content in this episode to indulge your ears with. As usual; there’s a bit of chat about what we’ve playing, and we give “thanks” to a few key friends & supporters of the podcast. Then, you’ll find a brief run down of events & club get-togethers in the UK over the coming weeks and months.

The main feature of the episode is a discussion about the UK meta, where we take a look at the key landmarks in the UK meta evolution, and then close with a chat around a “Pick of the Week” card – one stand-out card we felt we wanted to give a little podcast time too.

In this episode we ask for some contributions from you guys for an upcoming “Andy’s Q Branch” segment we are developing. Go to the “Contact Us” page (which you will find here:  https://britrollersix.com/contact-the-blog/ ) and send us your Dice Masters worries, challenges & problems for “Aunty Andy” – Dice Master’s most straight talking Agony Aunt (Otherwise known as an “Advice Columnist” in the US) – to offer advice & guidance to get you through.

Enjoy! 🙂

A little note: I hate to ask, but the blog & podcast is now starting to generate a small amount of admin cost and we need help to keep it going.

If you enjoy reading the content & listening to our work then please, if you are in a position to help, make a small donation by clicking the ‘Donate’ button in the right hand sidebar.

All donations made are received with the absolute, firm assurance that they will be used to contribute to the costs generated in the admin, maintenance and equipment costs of the blog & podcast. We’ve fronted much of the cost to get it off the ground because, honestly, we love the game & enjoy doing it that much, but eventually the current Mrs Six might get around to looking over the credit card statement and… well… I’m sure you get where I’m coming from LOL

We’re also ambitious, and there’s so much yet we can do to improve the experience, it’s just that the improvements come with a price tag. So, if you can, please give a little helping hand & pitch in a bit.

  1. I’m famous! Very humbled by the shout out gents 🙂
Gotta say my favourite thing about this podcast is the level of Britishness throughout 😀 we’ve got flapjacks, tea, BBC radio broadcast intros, borderline offensive cockney impressions and fanatical devotion to the Union Jack. If you guys aren’t wearing bowler hats with at least one monacle a peice then my illusion will be shattered.
Incidentally; Andy’s “pick of the week” jingle may haunt me forever.

    1. Not a problem Ted, I’m glad you are enjoying the podcast 🙂 In regards to bowler hats, I feel naked without one 😂
