Ministry of Dice Podcast Episode 6: “Dolly, We Love You”

Two weeks have passed already, and that can only mean one thing… it’s the return of the Ministry of Dice Podcast!

Lots of ground covered in this week’s edition: we have our “Community Focus” section which discusses the Fall WKO announcement and takes a look at the dates & locations of the UK events. Andy give us one of his finest “Q Branch” segments to date, and we finish off wth the return of our “Gearing Up” segment and discuss the sexy world of storing & filing your Dice Masters collection. All this, and a healthy dose of British Carry-On camp-y humour.

Check it out here, Enjoy:

Don’t forget: we’re looking for some contributions from you guys for an upcoming “Andy’s Q Branch” segment we are developing and mention it again in this episode. Go to the “Contact Us” page (which you will find here: https://britrollersix.com/contact-the-blog/ ) and send us your Dice Masters worries, challenges & problems for “Aunty Andy” – Dice Master’s most straight talking Agony Aunt (Otherwise known as an “Advice Columnist” in the US) – to offer advice & guidance to get you through.

A little note: I hate to ask, but the blog & podcast is now starting to generate a small amount of admin cost and we need help to keep it going.

If you enjoy reading the content & listening to our work then please, if you are in a position to help, make a small donation by clicking the ‘Donate’ button in the right hand sidebar.

All donations made are received with the absolute, firm assurance that they will be used to contribute to the costs generated in the admin, maintenance and equipment costs of the blog & podcast. We’ve fronted much of the cost to get it off the ground because, honestly, we love the game & enjoy doing it that much, but eventually the current Mrs Six might get around to looking over the credit card statement and… well… I’m sure you get where I’m coming from LOL
We’re also ambitious, and there’s so much yet we can do to improve the experience, it’s just that the improvements come with a price tag. So, if you can, please give a little helping hand & pitch in a bit.

  1. Another rip roaring episode, gents! I especially liked the top 10 countdown 😀 Chris, those Star Wars LCG boxes are a storage Godsend I feel you there #SignChris’Box

  2. Chuckled all afternoon at “maximum discharge”. Nice. Often associated with “Legendary Ooze”.

Need to listen again though: was there there no room for “Spare the Mega-Rod”??

I’m off to stroke the Wookiee. Oops, wrong game.

  3. I’m with Andy on the cards and some. All my cards are sleeved and then put into Ultrapro binders. Super rares and foils get double sleeved. I use KMC sleeves for all them.

For Dice storage I use these boxes. 2 of them is usually enough for a full feed and allows me to see quickly if my dice are there or not. http://www.joann.com/plastic-storage-105inx65inx875in-21-compartment/10206282.html#q=21%2Bstorage&start=1

As for my travel box… I have a one of a kind custom made box. You’ll occasionally see pictures of it floating around the internet.

    Great episode guys!
