Well, here it is folks, after months of procrastination I have finally got around to my New Years Resolution and recorded a podcast for the BritRollerSix blog!
It’s a little rough around the edges, and I messed up the sound recording a little bit, but we wanted to put it out as a ‘pilot’ in any case because, well, it took us so bloody long to record and edit it felt like a waste just to throw it away LOL
Here you’ll find me and my illustrious co-host: Andy England (of U.K. National Champ 2017 fame) introducing ourselves, talking a little about our love of Dice Masters, and setting up a competition. (More info below)
It’s our intention to post fortnightly on a Monday – so be sure to click the “follow” button in the sidebar to get updates or track us down on SoundCloud or iTunes.
So, here for your listening pleasure, the debut episode of ‘Yet to be Named’ podcast:

Yet to be Named You Say? It’s Competition Time
Yes – that’s right – we are asking you, our dear listeners, to name the podcast, and we’re offering prizes!
Up for grabs is:
- The Prestige of naming the blog
- A complete set of Batman: The Animated Series Organised Play cards (Wave One)
- An exciting, one of a kind, alt-art Melinda May promo, with die
To enter: go to the comments below and add your suggestion. It’s that easy.
We’ll be choosing the winner on Wednesday 2nd August and announcing in our second episode.
Good luck!

A little note: I hate to ask, but the blog & podcast is now starting to generate a small amount of admin cost and we need help to keep it going.
If you enjoy reading the content & listening to our work then please, if you are in a position to help, make a small donation by clicking the ‘Donate’ button in the right hand sidebar.
All donations made are received with the absolute, firm assurance that they will be used to contribute to the costs generated in the admin, maintenance and equipment costs of the blog & podcast. We’ve fronted much of the cost to get it off the ground because, honestly, we love the game & enjoy doing it that much, but eventually the current Mrs Six might get around to looking over the credit card statement and… well… I’m sure you get where I’m coming from LOL
We’re also ambitious, and there’s so much yet we can do to improve the experience, it’s just that the improvements come with a price tag. So, if you can, please give a little helping hand & pitch in a bit.

As much as I want to suggest “Podcasty McPodcast Face”, how about “Ooo, right in the Dice Bag”?
I don’t know how to respond to that one LOL
I’m loving this one, but only if I get to do the ‘ooooh’ every episode in the style of Kenneth Williams 😂
I love this, but only if I can do the ‘ooooh’ in the style of Kenneth Williams every single episode 🙂
Enjoyed that, here’s to many more episodes of..
“Rambling Rollers”
or indeed
“Yay! Britty Rollers”
Ha! “Rambling Rollers” would be… accurate LOL
Everyone loves a good pun, right?
“A Game of Bones”
We’ll keep that on the back burner until they maybe one day secure GoT IP…
And now having listened to the podcast, I’ll also suggest a quote from Chris…
“That’s How I Roll” Podcast
It’s all in the wrist action 😉
Ministry of Dice?
…Or McMinistry of McDiceFace.
I’ll take it a little further – Her Majesty’s Ministry of Dice?
Oh, I like that.
We could then be the M.O.D!
Yeah! http://i.imgur.com/BksiI25.png
I’ve already bored your pants off by text message with poor puns, but thought I’d officially declare my least rubbish suggestion…
“The BAC-Chat Podcast”.
Seth’s contribution (hopping aboard the theme developing…): “The Vixen McVixeny-Face Podcast”.
I’ll get our coats.
I’ll call the cab 😉
…not sure why I’ve been anonymised… must’ve pressed the “delete internet button”…
Thanks, enjoyed the podcast. My suggestion for a title is
‘The Dice Exchange’
Thanks Gareth, another awesome suggestion added to the list 🙂
Its great to have another dicemaster podcast on the WideWebs.
may I suggest the name “Dice of Cake” or “Dice of Pie” whichever feels more British for you.
Hi, happy you think so 🙂
We like Cake & Pie – a Steak & Ale followed by a Vicky Sponge – classic Britannia!
Not sure if there is a limit, but here are my suggestions!
Into the Field Zone
Heroic Sidekicks
The Teamwatch Team
Rolling for Lethal
Good luck to everyone! 🙂
I like “Rolling for Lethal” and “Heroic Sidekicks”, the latter seems oddly… appropriate LOL
“Mastering The Dice” was the first thing that pops into my head, “What’s In the Dice Bag” is second, and finally “Ready, Set, Roll” is last.
More great suggestions, choosing a winner is going to be hard!
Dice and Crumpets
Dice Masters: It’s Not Just a US Thing!
Masters. DICE Masters.
Dice: Shaken, not stirred.
007: Low FC, Low A, High D
You Only Roll Twice
Dice Another Day
Harry Potter and the Alchemist’s Dice
Lord(s) of the Dice Rings
“Dice another day” is genius 😛
Whoa, big list! Good work mate 🙂 I love the connection to James Bond in some of your suggestion, is it because Chris and I seem like a couple of suave secret agent types? 🤣
I won’t be suggesting a name, but I’m backing Heroic Sidekicks and Roll for Lethal!
Mr. DDK wanted to suggest, “The Royal Rollers”.
You guys are a delight to listen to and I can’t wait to hear more. You guys are awesome. :3
Thank you, you are too kind DDK 🙂 ‘Royal Rollers’ added to the list!
I’ll let Mr. DDK know his was added into the list. :3
“The Critical Twits Gaming Podcast” sounds good 😉
For those awkward pauses, just plow on and cut them in the edit, no-one will ever know 😀
Call it:
“Dice to Roll You, to Roll You Dice.”
“Roll On You Crazy Dice Masters.”
“Dice Casters of the Rolliverse.”
“Cubes, Everywhere!”
“The ‘Brian Suggested This Name And It’s Shit’ Podstravaganza.”
Well… clearly the last one’s the winner LOL
like the first one, if they include the catch phrases “what’s the scores on the draws” and “good game, good game”
A couple of ideas:
“Dice, dice, bang bang”
“The main step”
“Pass Priority” (suggested intro of, “Hello, once again it’s time to pass priority!”
I’m struggling to come up with something to do with only being blocked by sidekicks…
To fill others with Dredd how about “Meta City One” as we do irony
or
have an overly long bit of intro music and call yourselves “Big Entrance”
or
“Brewing a cuppa teams”
or
as it’s one of the few bit still up for grabs
“The Used Pile” as it matches your self depreciating humour
or
F.ine
A.nglo
R.ollers
T.alk
S,ense
or
“It’s not our Destiny”
Controversial…
What self-deprecating humour?
I like ‘Ooo, right in the Dice Bag’, and ‘Ministry of Dice’ so far, but here’s my tuppence worth:
Ready to Roll
Live and Let Dice (obligatory Bond reference, Roger this time)
Curl up and Dice
The Chump Blockers (nothing personal)
Right in the Dice Bag made us laugh, although it might be verging a bit close to the Carry On movies LOL
