Today was the second Dice Masters WKO UK Regional of this season in the U.K. and it took place at Athena Games in Norwich.
We’ll have a re-cap on its way to you in the next few days, but here thanks to the speedy hard work of Elliot, one of the Organisers at Athena Games, we’ve got the team lists from the day to share with you.
I was unable to attend myself (too much Dad stuff to do) but Athena Games ran an excellent Twitch stream during the event so I was able to keep half an eye on the event throughout the day. I want to take a moment to thank Elliot & Jon down at Athena Games for their excellent commentary of the event – I enjoyed the stream immensely and think they did a cracking job. There were eight players in attendance and, I’m sure you’ll agree, quite the interesting mix of teams. Once again; reigning U.K. Nat’s Champion Ben Scott took the top spot, adding a third WKO win to his belt from the 2016/17 “Road to Nationals”. Congratulations Ben.

There we are then – keep an eye out for the re-cap and further word on UK based WKOs. There are two yet to take place, with Fanboy 3 in Manchester the next in the diary on the 5th March (there is a countdown timer in the sidebar to the event). this is the first WKO of this season I will be able to attend – so watching today’s Twitch stream from Athena Games has really ramped up my excitement!
