MoDPDM @ UKGE Update – Prize Structure

We can’t wait for the MoDPDM event at the UK Game Expo’s “Virtually Expo” this weekend – and to whip us all up into even more of a fever here are the details of the prize structure on the day.

These prizes have been arranged in conjunction with UKGE/ASmodee Digital, Wizkids and, of course, ourselves. A massive “Thank You” goes out to Jimmy at Wizkids and Richard at UKGE for their contributions.

We’ve got an abundance of juicy goodies to give away – so let’s get into it…

A Quick Reminder…

This event is free to enter, HOWEVER, the current circumstances mean that the prizing is going to distributed by post.

Therefore; we are asking players to consider making a small donation to help with the cost of stamps & padded envelopes. If you are in a position to do so then please contribute a small amount (like… the price of a Greggs or a Starbucks) to give us a helping hand – the prize pool has grown considerably and there’s going to be quite a bit of postage to cover.

In episode 78 of the podcast Andy “threw down the Gauntlet” and challenged participants to be creative with their teams and resist the urge to build predictable God Catcher & Becky Lynch teams. This may be a tough urge to fight, what with all the exciting prizing listed above, so to sweeten the deal of the challenge we have a set of special “Andy’s Gauntlet” prizes to award to the player we believe has brought the most innovative & interesting team. Participation Raffle

We will also be getting my Tombola app out and running a classic Ministry of Dice participation raffle at the event.

As the tournament goes on you will earn raffle tickets to be entered in the draw. You earn a ticket FOR EVERY GAME WON, So even if you’re not on your best form and unlikely to hit the heady heights of Top 3 at least pulling a few game wins will still get you a little something to walk away with and motivate you into the next round.

You must also complete all rounds to be included in the draw – if you drop you lose your tickets. Also – the Top 3 winners and The Fellowship winner will be removed from the raffle.

The Small Print

All prizes are subject to change. Some prizing is still in transit and, honestly, my faith in USPS International service time scales are pretty low. Two of the items are on the way from East Asia. Therefore; we reserve the right to offer an alternative or ask for patience if delivery takes a while.

Winners will be contacted and asked for their postal addresses. If you are winner of a Steam code we will ask for your an e-mail address too.

Many of these prizes are limited so we cannot replace in the event of transit damage.
